Effective Performances even at 8 a.m.!
March 9, 2010 at 3:51 pm | Posted in Uncategorized | Leave a commentJohn Armstrong of On Track Training provided three very enjoyable sessions on ”The Manager as Coach: Coaching for Effective Performance”. Attendees not only had the chance participate in very interactive coaching activities but also got to learn a lot more about their co-attendees. Networking at its best! Great fun was had in each location and even I surprised myself by being interactive at 8.a.m. – people who know me well would be surprised by any sign of life at all at that time of the day! The excellent bacon butties and coffee provided might have had something to do with it.
